  1. I think that it should be the employer's job to keep track of their employees certification as this is one of the best way they can know that the company is in good hands. People or workers who have osha 10 training (or other relevant certificates) will definitely be more productive in the workplace and will definitely have it a lot safer. If the workers are aware of what is expected of them and the proper SOP in the workplace, then the process of delivering good results everyday is not that difficult to reach.
