There are tons of hazards at work but there are also ways to avoid mishaps and accidents. One is by being OSHA compliant and another is by giving the workers the right training such as osha 10 or osha 30 hr course - these are the courses that will educate the people about the hazards at work and how they can avoid hurting themselves or their co-workers.
